Check out the recently uploaded photos on our Facebook page. I like the one with Hattie holding her butterfly cookie with a butterfly brooch on her shirt. Yup, good guess, she loves butterflies and it was her birthday! It was so cute when Hattie borrowed my cell phone to thank my husband for baking. Everyone around the table listened on with a huge smile. This was the second birthday we've ever celebrated. Looks like it'll be a class tradition!

Today, I was surprised by Benita, who brought me in a tray of beautiful butterfly cookies in honor of my 77th birthday, which will be on May 10, 2010. Benita’s husband baked the cookies and they are delicious. We, of course, took pictures. Thank you Benita and Jason.
On the first day of May 2010, I spent the most enjoyable day with Karen and Keith. We first went to visit relatives and then a little light shopping. Well, Karen purchased a beautiful flat screen TV and Keith and I bought antennae’s. He ended up at Karen’s for a quick take-out dinner. It was great fun.
